Lexapro onset and duration

Does anyone have any experience from withdrawaing from Lexapro onset and duration in the interest a person and a half years?? My daughter is having a tough time tapering substandard lexapro. She is getting sweats, appetite, moodieness and manic like actions. Let me know if anyone has sucessfully weaned off a SSRI and what happened along the technique.
