Composition and form of issue: Pills of 1 tabl.Effexor (in the form of venlafaksina gidrokhlorida) 37,5 mgs 75 mgsauxiliary matters:
lactose monohydrate (84,93 mgs in a pill for 37,5 mgs and 169,86 mgs in a pill for 75 mgs); MKTS; sodium of starch of glikolyat (type And); silicon dioxide is colloid waterless; magnesium stearatthere is 14 sht in blistere.; there is 2 blistera in the pack of cardboard (pills for 37,5 and 75 mgs).
Description of medicinal form: White or almost white, flat round pills, with faskoy, with engraving of "E 741" on pills for 37,5 mgs, "E 743" on pills for 75 mgs on one side of pill; without or almost odourless.
Pharmacological action: to readTestimonies: Depressions (at presence of or absence of symptoms of alarm) are both in ambulatory terms and in permanent establishment.Prophylaxis of relapses of depression (at a positive therapeutic effect).
Contra-indications: Hypersensitiveness, simultaneous reception of ingibitorov of MAO (see also section "Co-operation"), heavy violations of function of buds (speed of klubochkovoy filtration <10>18 with), age to 18 years (safety and efficiency for this age group is not proved), pregnancy or supposed pregnancy, period of lactation (there is not sufficient information of the controlled researches).With a carefulness: the recently carried heart attack of miokarda, unstable stenokardiya, arterial gipertenziya, takhikardiya, cramps in anamnesis, intraocular gipertenziya, zakrytougol'naya glaucoma, maniac consisting, is of anamnesis, predisposition to bleeding from the side of skin covers and mucous membranes, initially reduced mass of body.
